Knitting the National Parks KIT-1 Black Canyon of the Gunnison Beanie

Each kit includes enough Universal Yarn in the appropriate colors to complete the kit. Colors include Charcoal Tweed and Tulipwood Tweed. The yarn used in this beanie is DK weight and 100% wool. (Kit includes yarn only). Hat.

Needles: US Size 5 / 3.75 mm 16 inch long circular knitting needles.
              US Size 7 / 4.5 mm 16 inch long circular knitting needles.
              US Size 7 / 4.5 mm double pointed needles (DPNs)
              (or sizes needed to obtain gauge)
Notions: Two stitch markers in different colors
             Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
Gauge:   With larger needles, approx. 9 1/2 stitches = 2 in. in stockinette stitch, blocked.
