All Sales Final
· All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is confirmed and payment is processed.
· As a small business, we want every purchase to be received in excellent condition. All items stay in our controlled environment until you receive it at the register or until we ship it out the door. Our store is as allergen-free and as pet hair-free as we can make it. Our non-fabric or non-yarn products have not been dropped or damaged.
· Please review product details (fabric cut size, color, yarn weight, quantity, etc.) carefully before purchase.

Exceptions
We make limited exceptions in the case of defective or damaged product.
How to Report an Issue:
1. Email us at info@peaktopeakstitching.com with your order number, a description of the defect or damage and clear photos of the defective or damaged item.
2. We will review your request and reply within 3 business days.
If approved, we will issue a replacement, or a refund if the item is out of stock. Approved refunds will be returned to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

International Orders
· International orders follow the same policy: no returns except for defective or damaged items.
· Buyers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and/or tariffs involved with shipping. These issues MUST be coordinated with a staff member before the order will be accepted.
