Have you ever been “in the zone” – that place where you are so engrossed in a project, book, or activity that when you look up, a lot of time has gone by? I can get lost in my thoughts while walking and then realize I am back where I started and don’t remember getting there. When I know I have a block of time and am free of distractions, I can relax, get in the zone, and get a lot done. The zone can be where we are the most creative and productive! Make “zone” time in the coming weeks as activities for the holidays ramp up!
The tree lights that decorate downtown Estes Park have been put up and now that Halloween is over, the holiday decorations will be next. The weather has been unusually warm and sunny for this time of year and most of the early snow we had is gone. Two beautiful collections from QT Fabrics came in - Sunlit Bears with vibrant colors in a stained glass format and Night Owls. Check the fabrics out and stay tuned for the kits we are building with these fabrics!
Bandanas make great stock stuffers. We have recently added some new ones: songbirds, wild animal scat for nature lovers of all ages, and for fly fishermen and women, we have a fly fishing knot bandana!
