Wild and crazy!
The moose and elk are herding up and the bulls are all back to getting along. The deer are in the rut now – we have several deer that roam near us year round. It is always a bit surprising to see the bucks develop the thick necks and shoulders which are the hallmark of the rut. They also go a bit crazy and have no fear (one track minds I guess!) which makes it a bit dicey when my Aussie insists they need herding (she is always on a leash!). The deer do not automatically run away right now!
We are going a bit wild and crazy ourselves here in the shop. As promised, we are set for the big weekend coming up. On Black Friday, November 29th, everything in the shop (except notions, classes, and retreats) will be 29% off.
Saturday, November 30th, is Small Business Saturday. Shop local – stop in or order online and you will receive a no strings attached $10 gift certificate (limit one per household, must be used by December 24th).
Finally, on Cyber Monday, December 2nd, all online orders will ship free.
The Lone Wolf collection is in at last! This collection has one of the best artistic renditions of wolves that we have seen – the detail in the faces is exquisite and the coloring is gorgeous. There are panels, blenders with wolves, blenders with beautiful colors, and kits. For those of you who pre-ordered fabric and kits, your orders will be shipped shortly.
