Nancy Bates, author of Knitting the National Parks, will be at our store on Thursday, June 8th from 3-5 PM. Come meet her in person, get an autographed book, pick up a National Park beanie kit! Don't miss meeting the creator of the beanies celebrating our national parks!
Saturday and Sunday, June 10-11 is Wool Market in Estes Park at the Events Center! Stop by our booth at Wool Market and see the latest from Ali Pate, Herd of Cats custom dyed yarns for Peak to Peak Stitching. New yarn kits will be available!
Ashley D'Antonio of Smart Knits will be at Peak to Peak Stitching on June 29th from 3-5 PM. Come meet the head of the group that created a unique square for each National Park. Ashley will be available to autograph the National Park Service Centennial Blanket book that is a compilation of patterns for all the National Parks. This book is only available at Peak to Peak Stitching. Ashley will also be launching five new patterns for each of the Colorado National Monuments! Join us to be the first to get these patterns!
Check our website frequently for new classes being added! In June, keep an eye out for the knitted Rocky Mountain National Park Columbine square, Beginning Crochet, Learning to Knit Socks, Intermediate Knitting, and Learning to Knit Brioche. There are still openings available for Paula Koerner's knitting Building Blocks class as well. On the quilting side, there will be a class on piecing the Estes Table Runner using our new custom fabrics.
