Dates: Saturdays, May 9 and 16, 2026 (Last date to register May 2, 2026)
Time: 10:00 – noon
Class Description: Learn the basics of knitting in a small group working to complete a short ascot scarf in two classes. Students will have knitting “homework” between the classes. Instruction will cover how to cast on, knit and purl stitches, and how to cast off. Students will be supported with memory-assisting stories in a fun gentle environment to develop confidence in sustaining their new skills.
Cost: $55.00 (includes pattern)

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made two weeks before the course starts will be refunded if the cancellation does not drop the number of attendees below the minimum; a $25 cancellation fee will be applied. If your cancellation drops the number of attendees below the minimum number of attendees or if your cancellation is made less than two weeks before the course starts, no refund will be available unless we are able to re-sell your spot. If we can re-sell your spot, we will refund your registration fee less a $25 cancellation fee.
